Privacy policy
The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this data protection declaration.

(4) Collection of your location data

Our offer includes so-called location-based services, with which we offer you special offers that are tailored to your respective location. You can only use these functions after you have agreed via a pop-up that we can collect data in anonymised form for the purposes of service provision. You can allow or revoke the function in the settings of the app or your operating system at any time by setting the necessary parameters in "Settings".

After your confirmation, your location will be transmitted locally to your mobile phone on a regular basis, whereby we only use your most recently communicated location and delete the previous location messages. When location tracking is active, your smartphone will display the data processing via a compass symbol in the top bar.

(5) Using your camera

At the beginning of using our mobile app, we ask you for permission to use your built-in camera in a pop-up. This access is optional and required to use certain features of the app. If you grant access, the mobile app will only access your personal data to the extent that this is necessary for the respective functionalities as described below:

Access to the camera function is only necessary if you wish to view augmented content (3D models in the app).

This access is granted voluntarily on the basis of your consent. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a) DS-GVO. You can revoke this consent at any time in the system settings of your mobile device. For the sake of completeness, we would like to point out that you may not be able to use all the functions of our app if you do not give or revoke consent.

Your data will be treated confidentially by us and deleted if you revoke the rights to use it or if it is no longer required to provide the services and there are no statutory retention obligations that make further storage necessary.
